GSTS named 'Diagnostics provider of the year' by HealthInvestor Magazine

GSTS Pathology has been announced as the winner of the ‘Diagnostics provider of the year’ category at last night’s HealthInvestor Awards ceremony.

The HealthInvestor Awards promote excellence and recognise innovation in the healthcare sector. This year’s Awards ceremony, hosted by newsreader and broadcaster Jon Snow, was attended by 1,100 influential health industry, and business figures.

Other providers nominated for the award included Alliance Medical, InHealth, Regent's Park Heart Clinics, Rotherham Diagnostic Centre (Care UK) and The MOLE Clinic. GSTS Pathology’s nomination for the award recognised the business’ broad range of specialist pathology services, the close alignment between clinicians, R&D and the diagnostic service, and the drive to innovate for patient benefit.

Richard Jones, GSTS CEO receiving the award said, “This is an opportunity for everyone at GSTS to celebrate and remind ourselves that GSTS is an innovative and bold venture with enormous potential to re-shape pathology in the UK.”
